To help the consumer build a bed that truly supports quality rest, fiber scientists at the Good Housekeeping Institute Textiles Lab spent six months testing over 300 bedding products.  After assessing items in the Lab for factors like “fabric strength, pilling resistance, and washability”, and sending products to over 800 at-home sleep testers across the country for their insights, the experts at Good Housekeeping selected only Twelve Winners for their Good Housekeeping’s 2026 Bedding Awards for Sheets.

Good Housekeeping only gives their distinguished Bedding Awards after “thorough vetting by both the experts in the Good Housekeeping’s Textile Lab and by their in-house design professionals”.  

And…amongst Good Housekeeping’s Twelve Distinguished 2026 Winners is one of BleuBully Bedding’s very own!

Good Housekeeping’s Consumer Testers Comments About Our Dream Blue Sateen Sheet Set

The over 800 Consumer Testers included hot sleepers, couples with different sleeping preferences and sleepers that sleep in all positions.  These varied testers gave their feedback on “comfort, support, ease of set-up and more.”  Attributes like “quality, innovation, convenience, style and value” all factored into the sheet winners that Good Housekeeping selected.

Good Housekeeping indicated that “testers rated this sheet the softest of any one we tested this year”. 

The testers also commented that the100% TENCEL Modal Sateen material “earned a perfect pilling-resistance score”. 

Good Housekeeping went on to explain that one tester shared with them that “the sheets were easy to put on, and they were silky without being slippery and unmanageable” along with adding that “the smooth pillowcases prevented hair frizz”.
