We stand by the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer returns within 30 days from delivery.

Returns/ Exchanges
Please visit our returns and exchanges page to initiate a return or exchange. You can also contact us at hello@bleubully.com to start a return. Filling out the details is critical to your return/ exchange process as each return reason has a specific functionality.

Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a return you must have the order # and associated email address.

• Orders delivered within the 30-day return window.
• Receipt or proof of purchase (email order confirmation).
• All products used or unused delivered within the return window are eligible for return.
• Must return the product unless otherwise instructed.

• Exchanges, defects, or damages do not incur a restock fee.
• There is a 10% restock fee for all other reasons.
  

Damages, Issues or Lost Orders

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• If you find your product is damaged or has defects after use, we require photograph(s) of the product to share with our team.
• If the order is lost, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to use our exchange portal. You can enter what item you would like to exchange and then pick out the new size or product in the next step. Once we see the original order item(s) has been dropped off at the shipping carrier we will release the exchange.

• Refund to original payment method

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
